OUR MINISTRIES
To fulfill our mission of winning lost souls for Christ, we have several ministries in place to try and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the community.
men of the church
The men of the church aim to set an example. We want to mentor young boys in our community to ensure they know how to assume the leadership role given to them by God.
christian women connection
The mission of Christian women connection (CWC) is to serve Christ through serving women and equipping them for ministry. To accomplish this mission, we provide women's ministry resources to the Church for connecting women through relationships, spiritual formation, and service.
sunday school
Our Sunday school is geared towards eduating and training indivduals for effective ministry and Christian Service.
youth alive!
Our youth group is made up of kids and youth of all ages from the church and community. Anyone can join! We do weekly Bible studies and community service projects as part of our effort to live out the love of Christ. We love to travel to in and out-of-state church conventions as often as possbile, meeting other young believers and strengthening our faith. We also have outings just for FUN!!!
y.a.m. (young adult ministries)
Y.A.M. is designed to cater to the needs of individuals aged 18-35 from our church and community. Anyone can join! We do weekly Bible studies with the aim of addressing real life issues and teaching young adults how to practically apply the word of God to their daily lives. We also do community service projects to put God's love in action.
music
Here at Zion we have an adult choir, children's choir, young adult praise team, and a combined choir who are all accompanied by several talented musicians as well as up-and-coming musicians. We are always open to new talent, looking to glorify God with their gifts!
community service
We host an annual back to school health fair. We believe in maintaining spirital and physical health. From hosting packing parties for Operation ChristmasChild to suppoting missionaries, we are always looking for new opportunities to serve.
