Healthy You Finale!

As I write this post for the last week of our healthy you challenge, let me begin by saying congratulations. Over the last five weeks you have taken the first steps in establishing a healthy lifestyle. Whether you began this journey with a weight loss goal in mind, the hope of decreasing stress, or just a desire to make your overall health more of a priority, your decision to take the journey was an accomplishment in itself. However, these last few weeks have only marked the beginning of a lifetime. If we're honest, most of us know we can do more to create healthy habits. You may even feel you could've given more effort to this challenge. If that is the case, then today is your lucky day! This week is a chance for you to earn bonus points towards your overall score. Below are a list of tasks, each with their own point value, that you can complete this week to not only boost your score but give your health a boost, too!
Look up natural remedies to a current health concern -15 points (add another 60 points if you implement this remedy)

Have a good, belly-shaking laugh 15 points
Schedule your annual well check-15 points (add another 35 points if you've completed this between 1/1/18 and now)

Get a massage by a professional- 100 points
Cook a new, healthy recipe-100 points
